Project background

Yi coal group Kai Xiang Chemical is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yi coal group. It is one of the three main industries of Yi coal group - personnel training base, project construction base and technical research and development base of coal chemical industry. The company's phase 250 thousand tons methanol project adopts the world's most advanced Shell pressurized gasification process, investment of about 1 billion 500 million yuan, officially started construction in April 2005, has been put into production, and the operation is stable. Xiang Xiang Chemical EAM project, after 4 months of tension, the implementation of the smooth on-line.

Face challenge

1.System Kaixiang chemical EAM project has been running with UFIDA ERP inspection system, the Beijing century Tianyang (NC) and OA system, the implementation of the project to do interface.

2.For all business forms, requirements are designed in user format.

1、ERP system interface

Kaixiang chemical information system to ensure a multi entry point using the principle of warehouse ERP system and fixed equipment system needs to integrate seamlessly with EAM docking, equipment approval and supply chain, mainly to complete the following functions:

(1).In EAM, you can query the existing amount of ERP.

(2).EAM fill in the stores requisition, and the existing ERP automatic alignment, automatic generation of the purchase requisitions or materials in ERP according to the results of requisition.

(3).The asset transfer order in EAM generates a new asset in ERP according to the asset characteristics.

(4).Synchronization of materials, organizational structures, personnel information.

2、Interface to the OA system

As OA and N9 are BS architectures, the system uses a simple integration approach, implements single sign on (SSO) in OA, and OA portal integrates EAM modified reports.
