Project background

Inner Mongolia Junzheng energy chemical group Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the ingenic group), the company is committed to the comprehensive development and utilization of resources, business involves coal, mining, electricity, chemical industry, metallurgy and other fields of commercial trade characteristics.

Jun Cheng group EAM project is a group project, the main scope of implementation includes two power plants, two smelters, two chemical plants and a mineral company, spanning 4 industries. Business includes equipment asset management, operation management, maintenance, inspection and other modules, the goal is to unify the integration of equipment resources, meticulous management, equipment operation and maintenance, so that enterprises are more competitive in the market.

Face challenge

1、Centralized management and data reporting management can not adapt to the information requirements of each branch of the equipment management is becoming more and more sophisticated management requirements, the need to implement a set of equipment management software (EAM) to support the functions of management units and business personnel, to achieve efficient work, improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance cost of purpose

2、ERP system has been running, but the operation and management of asset equipment, the blank management, the number of equipment, location, maintenance history, allocation and change of assets, accounts, maintenance items, time and other information, there is no specific system management.

3、The equipment maintenance period is not accurate

(1).Can not grasp the maintenance cycle, can only do after the repair, consumption of manpower, material and soft

(2).The maintenance equipment is in line for two weeks and can only be done once a month

(3).The core equipment of key production should be checked once a day, and the person will be missing or not working. Only two times a week
