Software Overview

N9I standard hardware environment is YunGuang company based on Android system hardware products "YG-IOT M1", hereinafter referred to as "M1", M1 integrated with a number of sensors. N9I drives these sensors and collects specific data.

YunGuang handheld patrol data acquisition system (N9I) is the latest developed industrial networking system, which is a component of N9 system for mobile data acquisition and processing. N9I according to the enterprise actual site inspection, can drive a plurality of sensor module, can save the inspection personnel to carry a lot of testing instrument trouble, the software function is clear, high degree of integration, check, meter, camera, temperature, vibration and other on-site data acquisition and other portable occasions for business.

Function module

• Mark read system

  Use the ID card to read the function, confirm some equipment information and test item information which is bound by the current mark, and automatically push out for prompting the test item

• Temperature

  Using infrared temperature measurement function, you can read the target object surface temperature, displayed on the screen. The alarm will be issued immediately beyond the threshold

• Vibration

  The vibration measurement function can be used to collect vibration data of the measured object, including amplitude and frequency, etc., which can be warned beyond the threshold

• Camera shooting

  Using the camera function, the photo is automatically bound with the current point patrol record and uploaded to the background

• Meter reading

  The system can collect equipment data that has been equipped with intelligent instruments. For example, some water meters, electricity meters, pH values, pressure, etc.

• Data Acquisition

  In addition to supporting some automatic sensor acquisition functions, manual data collection is also supported to meet data acquisition of equipment without instrumentation
