Software Overview

The EAM7S Standard Edition is the standard version of the EAM7 product line, which has most of the capabilities of EAM7. EAM7 is a product based on the C/S architecture. Target customers are those that have higher network bandwidth and are less likely to be used by other countries. Business functions include asset account management, maintenance management, failure and maintenance management, materials, spare parts, etc..

Applicable customer

1.Small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions;

2.Network bandwidth is higher than 10M and is rarely used by foreign users;

3.Workshop level or a special application;

Function module

• Asset Management

  Static and dynamic information for parameter, knowledge documents and assets changes, accessory spare parts, equipment resume, depreciation, etc.

• Supplies of spare

  Complete warehouse management system. Including the purchasing plan, order, acceptance, inbound, outbound, inventory, allocation and a series of warehouse work.

• Route Management

  Through TC2000 series check instrument with check module, complete the tally business; TC2000 divided into on-line and off-line type, external type multiple point check equipment.

• Fault Management

  Manage all kinds of equipment defects and anomalies, including fault code management, single, outage management, etc.

• Maintenance

  Manage various operations, according to the repair order strategy and work plan, work order execution, single acceptance process design.
